‘Eat Together Tuesdays’ (sample menu)

Since February 2023 we have been working alongside Stranraer’s community group ‘Wigtownshire Stuff’ where the members take over our restaurant between 5pm and 7pm on a Tuesday night to prepare and serve an array of dishes to the public at a discounted price. This initiative now fondly called ‘Eat Out Tuesdays’ sees several of these young adults gain experience in the workplace with members in the kitchen, preparing and cooking the dishes, whilst other members serve tables, mentored by our own Papa Rab’s staff. This menu changes on the first Tuesday of every month and runs for the whole month.
